Prices

All prices are in Norwegian kroner and are shown including VAT.

The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order and include all costs associated with the purchase such as fees, charges and delivery costs.

 

Reservations

We reserve the right to make printing errors regarding price and information about goods on the site. Get in touch if you have any questions. We want to give you good help and a successful trade!

 

TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

Processing of orders

The order will normally be processed the first working day after the order if the item is in stock.

 

Delivery

Delivery time (domestic) is normally 2-5 days after ordering depending on delivery address and shipping method. In the event of an error in stock, the customer will be contacted to cancel the purchase, wait for a new item or offer an alternative item.

 

Freight

We send the goods by Posten (Bring). Costs associated with shipping are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

 

Payment

Payment of private purchases takes place when the order is placed. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard through Vipps, Paypal, Stripe or Apple pay. These payment solutions are safe, fast and secure payment solution. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations.

Payment for corporate customers is agreed.

 

Personal information

Halite AS processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as an individual will never be made available to other companies or be linked to other external registers.

RETURNS ROUTINES

Complaint

If there is a defect in the item, you must within a reasonable time after you discovered it, notify us in writing that you will invoke the defect. Halite AS will then give you information on what to do next. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchases Act (Consumer Purchases Act)

 

Right of withdrawal (Angrerett)

According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, the withdrawal period applies from the day the buyer receives the goods and 14 days ahead. If you want to regret the purchase, you return the item in the same condition as you received it and attach a completed right of withdrawal form, then you will get back what you have paid. Buyer pays return postage.

 

Binding order and cancelation

Your order is bound when the order is registered in our system. You have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. Read carefully the order confirmation (OB) you receive from us when ordering. In the event of a discrepancy between your order and OB, contact us by phone or mail.

 

Sales pledge

Halite AS has a sales lien on the goods sold as security for its claim on the purchase price with the addition of interest and costs, cf. the Pledge Act 3-14 et seq.
